Tweaking XP Memory

DisablePagingExecutive.

When activated, Windows will not do paging file to the hard disk. Operating system and programs become more responsif.Microsoft suggest to do this trick only when your computer has more than 128MB memory. This is because the tricks over the system requires resources that high. Value of standard configuration is "0". To activate it, change to the number 1.

LargeSystemCache

If activated, the system will allocate all memory (except for the 4 MB disk caching) to file caching. Computers will do caching XP kernel in memory so that Windows XP can run faster.
